Egg tempra on board, 15 1/2" x 12", 2010 | |
This painting was done with egg tempera and marble dust on pine board wrapped in cotton and secured with rabbit glue. It was executed in the original 14th century renaissance technique. I painted this work during my studies at the Instituto de Michelangelo in Florence, Italy. You can also read about the experiences which influneced the photos and the painting above by reading my Florence Diary. |
