Frank Gehry
The Grand, designed by Frank Gehry, is a multi-use building in downtown L.A. directly across from his famous Disney Concert Hall on Grand Ave. Almost every six stories the building is turned in a different direction (this must have driven the contractors crazy). The building will have a luxury hotel office space, high-end condos, restaurants, and stores facing the street. It is also connected to the Colburn school of music and the school will share some of its space it should be completed by the end of 2022. Just to your left of The Grand is the iconic Los Angeles City Hall built in 1928. 30" x 40" Oil on canvas 2022.
